Successful Conclusion of Two Tennis Tournaments in Celje
In February 2025, Teniški klub Celje proudly hosted two successful Slovenian tennis tournaments, bringing together many young tennis talents from across Slovenia.
🎾 Slovenian Under-14 Girls' Tournament (February 14–17, 2025)
The courts of Teniški klub Celje welcomed young female players competing in the under-14 category. The tournament showcased excellent matches and remarkable determination. The winner was Sep Tinkara from ŽTK Maribor, who secured the title with a 6:1, 6:3 victory over Pegam Ava from TK Center Court (TK-CC). Congratulations to both finalists for their outstanding performances!
🏆 Slovenian Under-12 B Tournament (February 7–10, 2025)
In the boys' category, Vanič Orion from ŠD LTA claimed the title after a thrilling final, defeating Slokan Matevž from TK Benč with a score of 6:2, 7:6.
In the girls' competition, Ilič Maja from BR-MB delivered a dominant performance in the final, winning 6:2, 6:2 against Dolenc Lija from TK Triglav Kranj (TR-KR).
Both tournaments highlighted the impressive skill and dedication of Slovenia's young tennis talents. Congratulations to all players, and a heartfelt thank you to the parents, coaches, and officials who contributed to the successful organization of these events.
